Job Description

Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience building and optimizing Salesforce solutions? Join Ward Law Group and play a key role in developing and improving the firm's Salesforce and Litify platform. 

The Senior Salesforce Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that improve business processes, automation, data quality, and user experience. The role will work closely with Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce and Litify solutions.  

  • Develop and maintain Apex, Lightning, Flows, integrations, custom objects, and other Salesforce functionality.  

  • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.  

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.  

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes and sustainable solutions.  

  • Support data quality, automation, and platform performance initiatives.  

  • Follow Salesforce development standards, best practices, documentation, and release processes.  

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve workflows and system capabilities.  

  • Support technical documentation, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform improvements.  

  • Contribute to the evolution and scalability of the firm's Salesforce architecture

Remote Engagement Details

  • Independent contractor remote position 
  • 40-hour workweek; schedule confirmed during the interview process.
  • Reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet, professional workspace required.
  • No employee benefits or paid time off.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.  

  • Strong experience with Salesforce and preferably Litify.  

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.  

  • Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.  

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and development best practices.  

  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment processes.
