Responsibilities:

- Utilizes business intelligence development tools to design, deploy, and maintain moderate to complex data models, extracts, subject area marts, stored procedures, and self-service reporting tools that support organization wide data driven activities.
- Develops and maintains reports, data visualizations, and interactive dashboards that meet customer needs.
- Maintains regular written and verbal communications with key stakeholders and leadership to support the design, implementation, validation and governance of business intelligence solutions.
- Maintains and supports electronic medical record business intelligence data models, functions, and reports. This includes active participation and support of software upgrades.
- Documents technical/business specifications, performs testing and data validation to support data governance and maintenance of business intelligence solutions.
- Performs data analysis to support organization clinical, financial, and operational performance improvement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors in or 4 years' work related experience Required
- Masters in in Business Administration, Computer Science, Informatics, or related discipline. Preferred
- 2 years SQL query development Required
- 2 years Data visualization development using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar software Required
- 4 years of experience in data modeling, report development, data reporting, or data analysis Required
- 1 year Crystal Reports development Preferred
- 1 year of experience working with healthcare data Preferred
- EPIC - Clarity Data Model - Certification Must take Epic’s Clarity Data Model training and successfully gain initial certifications within three attempts. Epic training will be given upon hiring. Required
