About the Role
This is a full-stack engineering role on a small, high-impact team building AI agents that automate pricing, quoting, and commercial workflows for large industrial and chemical manufacturers. You will own end-to-end product features, from browser to backend, and play a direct role in shaping how AI-powered tooling reaches enterprise customers at scale.
What You'll Do
Design and ship end-to-end AI agents that handle complex quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows for large enterprise customers.
Own core product features across the full stack using TypeScript, Next.js, and React.
Integrate deeply with ERP systems such as SAP to support real-time commercial operations.
Build and maintain GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency infrastructure for European enterprise customers.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, zero-to-one product environment.
What We're Looking For
3 or more years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web products or features.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, with frontend and full-stack work as a primary strength rather than a secondary one.
Experience with Next.js.
Hands-on experience building or deeply integrating AI systems and agentic products, going beyond basic off-the-shelf API usage.
Has built projects using an agentic harness such as LangGraph, Mastra, Agents SDK, or an equivalent framework.
Product-oriented engineering mindset; background in full-stack product development rather than data science, ML research, or backend-only work.
Demonstrated stability in work history, with no recurring pattern of short-tenure full-time roles.
Active engagement with AI tools and frameworks through side projects or self-directed learning beyond day-to-day role requirements.
Experience at a recognizable tech company, established startup, or mid-to-large technology firm is a plus.
Currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $180,000 to $250,000 USD annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
On-site in San Francisco, California, five days per week.
