Software Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-stack engineering role at an early-stage AI SaaS company building coaching and analytics tools for in-person sales teams. You will join as an early technical contributor, shipping end-to-end features at speed while helping set the standard for code quality and engineering culture as the team scales.

What You'll Do

• Ship high-quality product features rapidly across the full stack.

• Design and implement new features from scratch, advancing the technical roadmap.

• Build user-centric solutions with empathy, often in loosely defined problem spaces.

• Raise the bar for codebase quality and technical decision-making as the engineering org grows.

• Grow your scope and ownership in step with the company.

• Contribute to recruiting efforts to help expand the engineering team.

What We're Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer building production applications.

• Proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python.

• Experience deploying and working with cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.

• Proven ability to move fast, iterate quickly, and maintain quality in a startup environment.

• Experience building 0-to-1 products in a fast-paced startup, or clear entrepreneurial drive.

• Strong CS fundamentals; a degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• A customer-first mindset and comfort talking directly with users to validate what gets built.

• A stable, committed employment history with demonstrated full-time engineering tenure.

• Bonus: participation in hackathons, entrepreneurship programs, or competitive technical environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $185,000 to $250,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site in New York, NY, five days per week.
