We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to build and improve applications for our US clients - from early-stage MVPs to established products in FinTech, SportsTech, MedTech, and other industries.
TypeScript, React, and Node.js are our bread and butter. We value strong application development fundamentals, engineering judgment, and the ability to learn the tools a project needs.
We’re building a team of engineers who can contribute across the application while developing deep expertise in frontend or backend engineering. In this role, frontend is your primary discipline, and you’ll broaden your contribution across the stack as your experience grows.
AI-assisted development is part of this role. You’ll use it to explore solutions, implement features, and improve your workflow, while taking responsibility for understanding, testing, and maintaining the code you ship.
### Contract summary:
Rate: PLN 9.000 - 15.000 + VAT / month (B2B)
Contract: B2B/UZL, no-service days, 100% remote (or hybrid/onsite-as you prefer), Polish time zone, flexible hours, full-time position, long-term contract

### Your future tasks:
Develop and maintain applications, taking ownership of well-defined features from understanding requirements through implementation, deployment, and verification
Build responsive, accessible interfaces with attention to design details, performance, and user experience
Implement straightforward backend changes within established application patterns, including APIs, business logic, and data handling, with review and support for unfamiliar or complex areas
Understand how the interface, backend, and data fit together, and diagnose issues across those boundaries
Use AI coding assistants in your daily work, providing clear context, critically reviewing generated code, and validating the results
Write clean, maintainable code
Choose and implement appropriate tests for application behaviour, including integration points and important user flows
Follow features through deployment, verify their behaviour, and use logs and error monitoring to investigate issues
Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners; discuss client needs and propose practical solutions
Participate in code reviews, document important decisions, and share knowledge with the team
### About you - Tech skills & Experience:
At least 2 years of commercial experience building and maintaining web applications
Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, with a practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser behavior
Experience delivering application features involving user interactions, forms, and API integration
Experience organising frontend code into maintainable components, managing application state, and investigating accessibility and performance issues
Understanding of HTTP, client–server communication, authentication, and error handling
Experience with a modern frontend framework and the ability to transfer your knowledge between tools and codebases
Confidence testing and debugging applications, including investigating unfamiliar code and understanding why a solution works
Ability to implement straightforward backend changes within an existing application, such as an API endpoint, input validation, or data access, with review and support for unfamiliar or complex areas
Practical experience using AI coding assistants: breaking work into clear tasks, evaluating their suggestions, and checking correctness through code review and testing
Familiarity with Git, build tooling, and container-based development environments
Experience working with CI/CD workflows: running automated checks, investigating build and test failures, and deploying changes through an established pipeline

Experience with mobile applications
Interest in improving AI-assisted development workflows, including working with coding agents and coordinating their tasks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams or contributing to open-source projects
Understanding of MVP development and how to balance delivery speed, scope, and maintainability
