SAP System Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clean-core compliant extensions for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Implement developer extensibility using released APIs, CDS Views, BAdIs, and SAP-supported extension mechanisms.
• Build side-by-side applications on SAP BTP using CAP, ABAP Cloud, SAP Build, and related technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and external business systems such as CRM, MES, APS, PLM, reporting platforms, and other enterprise applications.
• Implement API-based integrations using SAP Integration Suite, OData, REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of interfaces and integrations.

• Translate business requirements into scalable, upgrade-safe technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud standards, security requirements, and release management processes.
• Contribute to the evolution of the company’s SAP architecture and integration landscape.

• Work closely with Business Process Owners, Functional Consultants, Digital Transformation teams, and external implementation partners.
• Support troubleshooting, monitoring, and continuous improvement of cloud applications and integrations.
• Create technical documentation, development standards, and share knowledge within the IT organization.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud architecture and Clean Core principles. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). 
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh). 
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts and API technologies (REST, OData, SOAP). 
• Experience with ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS Views, and SAP Extensibility Framework. 
• Knowledge of CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js, and/or Java. 
• Familiarity with SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Build, and cloud-native development approaches.
• Understanding of SAP authorization concepts, cloud security, transport management, and lifecycle management. 
• Experience with event-driven architectures and modern cloud development methodologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP development or SAP cloud technologies.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and SAP BTP.
• Experience developing SAP integrations with enterprise applications.
• Experience with modern software development practices, including version control, CI/CD, and cloud-based development environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, EMS, PCB, or industrial environments.
• SAP certifications in SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, and/or SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Experience working in international project environments and collaborating with external implementation partners.
