This is a Weekend Shift role( Friday-Sunday)

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented analyst to support the automation systems that drive product movement through our distribution center. This role will support DC production from a technology perspective, helping maintain equipment reliability and operational performance for systems such as conveyors, messaging, conveyor controls, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print and apply systems, ASRS, and material handling robots. This role will work closely with senior analysts and DC leadership to support day-to-day operations and ongoing projects.
- Experience with WCS systems, Warehouse Management System integration, and material handling/conveyor and sortation technologies
- Strong team player, able to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals across departments
- Solid problem identification and troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to escalate and learn from more experienced team members
- Good documentation habits for support tickets, tasks, and project activity
- Ability to learn new business processes quickly and understand how technology supports day-to-day DC operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Support failure analysis and incident review processes by gathering data, documenting findings, and helping identify root causes
- Use diagnostic software to monitor system performance; help collect and organize data to identify trends
- Working knowledge of material handling and electronic systems to support system utilization
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems; exposure to platforms such as Fortna, Dematic, Körber, or HighJump is a plus
- Maintains and tracks issues list, reporting to Supervisor / Manager as required
- Assists with PLC code reviews under guidance of senior staff
- Supports in-house testing and emulation activities
- Provides site/field reports daily, including progress, issues, and next steps, as requested
