Senior Data Analyst

About Program Performance & Planning
In full partnership with families and communities, Graham Windham strives to make a life-altering difference with children, youth and families who are overcoming some of life’s most difficult challenges and obstacles, by helping to build a strong foundation for life: a safe, loving, permanent family and the opportunity and preparation to thrive in school and in the world. The Program Performance and Planning (PPP) group advances a culture of learning, strategic program development, and data-driven performance management in pursuit of that mission and vision. PPP partners with program managers to select and develop new interventions, analyze and interpret data, assess model fidelity and program effectiveness, apply learning from data analysis and feedback into program improvement efforts, and develop program resources to strengthen operations and service delivery.

About the Position
PPP seeks a Senior Data Analyst to build and maintain reports and dashboards that support all of Graham’s work. This will entail close collaboration with our IT department, specifically a data engineer, to ensure that we have all necessary data in our data warehouse, develop and maintain a robust enterprise-level data model, produce and maintain automated reports and dashboards, run ad hoc queries and analyses, and maintain the library of data assets that are used by leadership across the agency. This position will also support the development and use of tools in Microsoft Excel, Forms, PowerApps, and more to ensure teams have strong data collection and management practices.

This position will work deeply with data from all units across Graham including foster care, preventive services, mental health, care coordination, youth coaching, and community centers. This position will interface with the rest of the PPP team who collaborate with leadership and staff to generate insight from the data and develop plans for achieving excellence in operations and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, be curious and inquisitive, and think creatively about how to ensure our data is complete and accurate. This person will be interested in exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) tools can be useful in supporting the data work of Graham, in line with our strong privacy and confidentiality practices.

  • Document data definitions, table structures, dashboard logic, and query/report methodology to support consistency, auditability, and knowledge transfer.
