We are looking for a Associate Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to join our team in Coppell, TX. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience working with the Guidewire Insurance Suite in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the development and maintenance of applications using Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Help design, code, test, and debug software components with guidance from senior developers.
Participate in team meetings and collaborate on project deliverables.
Learn and apply industry best practices and internal standards.
Support system integration and configuration tasks as needed.
What You’ll Need
Some experience or coursework with Guidewire, Java, or GOSU programming is preferred.
Interest in learning Guidewire PolicyCenter and insurance technologies.
Understanding of software development basics and Agile methodology.
Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
Clear communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience with automated testing tools (like GUnit or Selenium) is a plus but not required.
Guidewire certification or training is a bonus.
Note: This is a hybrid role; the candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of our Coppell, TX office and be available to work on-site 3 days a week on a regular basis, as well as 2–3 times per month for team meetings and collaboration days.
