Resonetics is a medical device contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that partners with engineering and R&D teams, from early-stage startups to the world's leading medical device companies, to move precision components from prototype to production-scale manufacturing. With over 35 years of experience in medical device micro-manufacturing, we deliver the speed, innovation, and scale that device developers need to solve complex manufacturing challenges and accelerate time to market. Core capabilities span laser processing, nitinol manufacturing, metal fabrication, and raw material supply. Our laser platform enables end-to-end laser processing across cutting, drilling, welding, and ablation at tolerances conventional machining cannot achieve. Nitinol processing extends from raw material through shape setting, electropolishing, and finished component assembly. Raw material capabilities include nitinol wire, sheet, and tubing, along with stainless steel thin-wall tube fabrication. Metal fabrication capabilities span centerless grinding, swiss machining, and photochemical machining. As a vertically integrated CDMO, Resonetics supports programs across neurovascular, electrophysiology, ophthalmology, neuromodulation, structural heart, minimally invasive, and robotic surgery applications, providing a single manufacturing partner from early development through high-volume production. The Lightspeed Development Lab is built to compress prototype-to-production timelines, enabling faster design iteration and manufacturing-ready submissions. With 20 manufacturing facilities across the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Israel, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, Resonetics operates as an integrated global network built to support complex supply chains and scale with customer demand. All facilities are certified to ISO 13485:2016, with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices embedded throughout. Learn more at resonetics.com.
