Leidos is seeking a Software Developer for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Software Developer will work with a large team of developers, software engineers and data engineers. The successful candidate will support continuity of our customer’s mission by helping to modernize and implement industry standards while ensuring secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of IT systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- List daily duties and/or specific job responsibilities.
- Maintain and modernize legacy applications
- Ability to write/develop custom scripts to install and configure code in EC2 instances
- Leverage Amazon Web Services
- Design and utilize custom ETL Methodology
- Develop RESTful API (spring boot)
- Develop Java and Angular (Typescript) applications leveraging Elasticsearch
- Conduct unit testing and peer code reviews
- Utilize automated testing frameworks (Selenium)
- Possess strong communication, design, and documentation skills
- Possess strong organization, time, and workflow management skills
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver technically sound solutions
- Ability to methodically think through technical challenges in a collaborative team environment in order to provide technically sound solutions
- Work within the parameters of Agile & Scrum methodologies
- Mentor junior developers on community best practices
Required Quals:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree.
- Full Stack Development
- Experience in multiple programming languages (Java, spring boot, Angular (Typescript), and the Cloud / Amazon Web Services)
- Experience in reading and developing solutions to satisfy customer requirements and specifications
- Experience working in Command Line (RH Linux)
- Experience developing custom ETL methodology
- Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Git, and Jenkins
Desired Quals:
- Experience with Identity and Accessibility development practices
- Experience with containerization and modular development
- Experience with automation methodologies like selenium
- Experience with automation services such as Rundeck
- Familiarity with UI/UX Design
- Certification - Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
