Position Summary
The Cúram Developer will support the maintenance, enhancement, design, and development of application systems for the M&O Services for DSS Application Systems project. This position requires hands-on experience with Cúram V7 and related Java and web technologies, including the design and implementation of Cúram components, business rules, evidence management, and user interfaces.
The Cúram Developer will work collaboratively with technical and functional teams to develop, enhance, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise applications while supporting established development, DevOps, and project management processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using Cúram V7.
- Develop and implement solutions using the Cúram Rules Framework, Evidence Brokering, Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG), Universal Access/User Interface Metadata (UIM), Façade Layer, and Cúram Modelling.
- Develop and maintain application components using Angular 8, AngularJS, TypeScript, React, Struts 1.2, Spring, and Hibernate.
- Participate in the design and implementation of scalable, maintainable application solutions.
- Analyze application requirements and translate business and technical requirements into functional software solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes or enhancements.
- Support application integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Utilize AWS services and DevOps tools to support application development and deployment.
- Work with DevOps tools and processes, including Octopus Deploy and Jenkins.
- Use Atlassian JIRA to manage development activities, defects, enhancements, and assigned work.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
- Follow established coding standards, development methodologies, security requirements, and quality assurance practices.

Minimum Experience
Minimum experience requirements vary by position:
- Position 52 – Cúram Developer 2: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Position 53 – Cúram Developer 3: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Position 54 – Cúram Developer 4: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
