What you’ll do
- Field Leadership: Conduct site audits, gate checks, and building maintenance support directly with our field crews.
- Safety Culture: Partner closely with crews to advocate for and foster a proactive safety-first mindset.
- Coordinate data collection with field and office personnel
- Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
- Maintain and audit safety data across internal systems
- Monitor training and certification compliance across regions
- Support site audits and maintain documentation
- Provide reporting support during inspections or audits
- Ensure accuracy of safety recordkeeping
- Travel thoughout the state is required
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in safety analysis, operations reporting, or compliance support
- Proficiency with Excel and experience using Power BI or other data platforms
- Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks with high accuracy
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Offers are contingent on successful completion of background, drug test and DOT physical.
Physical abilities & exposures
- Routinely: Complete and maintain training, use keyboard/mouse, lift 10–25 pounds, stand, walk, work alone in remote locations
- Occasionally: Climb stairs, lift 26–55 pounds, operate vehicles
The wage range for Traveling Safety Analyst Marion is $70,000.00 - $80,000.00.
