About The Team

You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Seller Supply Chain Process Development: Design and optimize supply chain workflows originating from third-party sellers' facilities into Joybuy warehouses. Balance inventory availability against total logistics costs through automated systems to minimize transit times and reduce overheads. Analyze FBJ (Fulfilled by JoyExpress) health metrics (e.g., capacity utilization, aged inventory, stockout risks) to identify structural bottlenecks, and publish clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ecosystem sellers to maximize inbound efficiency.
• Automation & Process Innovation: Research and evaluate advanced marketplace technologies, digital fulfillment workflows, and intelligent inventory allocation logic. Drive the integration of digital systems to automate inbound scheduling, sorting configurations, and space allocation algorithms, optimizing digital operational workflows to improve virtual space efficiency and lower platform overheads.
• Data-Driven Process Optimization: Analyze macro supply chain operational data (including inventory turnover cycles and end-to-end fulfillment lead times) to uncover hidden inefficiencies. Architect standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for internal teams, champion core warehouse management system iterations with product teams, and enhance seamless data collaboration between all network nodes.
• Project Management & Facility Implementation: Lead high-impact platform infrastructure initiatives, including the integration of Seller & Warehouse management systems (WMS), system migrations, and digital workflow upgrades. Coordinate directly with seller partners, internal tech teams, and operations to monitor rollout progress, system quality, and data integrity, ensuring digital solutions are implemented efficiently to achieve expected business returns.
• Cost Management: Utilize rigorous data analysis and identify cost-out initiatives, enable commercial negotiations to optimize processes, operational expenditures, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Cross-Department Collaboration & Innovation: Partner closely with internal Product, R&D, Business Development, and Marketing business units to spearhead the intelligent upgrade of the broader logistics ecosystem. Support cross-border logistics initiatives and seller operations by deploying specialized fulfillment models that elevate Joybuy’s market competitiveness.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, warehouse network design, logistics engineering, warehouse operations, or supply chain project management.

3. Solid understanding of warehouse network planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes, with knowledge of warehouse automation and intelligent logistics solutions.

4. Proven experience in vendor management and cross-functional project delivery within a complex business environment.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and drive operational improvements.

6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence across multiple functions.

7. Fluent in English. Experience in European supply chains, e-commerce, or cross-border logistics is highly preferred.

8. Strong cross-cultural communication skills with the ability to bridge Chinese and Western business practices and build effective collaboration across global teams.
