IT Trainer / Content Developer - Hybrid - Atlanta, GA

Hiring: IT Trainer / Content Developer

Location: Georgia 

Work Mode: Hybrid 

Interview: Video or In person

Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT training for employees through Microsoft Teams and onsite classes.

• Travel to within Georgia as needed.

• Train users on desktop, web, and mobile applications.

• Create and update PowerPoint presentations, user guides, quick reference guides, manuals, videos, and e-learning content.

• Schedule training, manage enrollments, track attendance/completions, and maintain LMS records.

• Work with IT and business teams to identify training needs.

• Collect learner feedback and continuously improve training materials.

Required:

• 4+ years of IT training, technical training, application training, or end-user support experience.

• Strong Microsoft Office / Office 365 skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

• Experience developing training materials for IT applications.

• Ability and willingness to travel within Georgia for onsite training.

• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle for work travel.
