Join Our Team as a Fleet Business Process & Transformation Analyst – Drive Operational Excellence and Strategic Change!

Are you passionate about mapping end-to-end business processes, driving operational excellence, and supporting large-scale transformation projects? We are looking for a talented Fleet Business Process & Transformation Analyst to join our Group Fleet Performance & Operations department. Reporting directly to the Group Fleet Performance & Operations Director, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bridging the gap between our Target Operating Model (TOM) design and country-level deployment across corporate countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured interviews and operational reviews to map current-state fleet processes across operating countries.
• Review, design, document, and standardize end-to-end Group Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish consistent, scalable operations.
• Own and update the central repository of Fleet SOPs and process flows.
• Support the deployment of the Hybrid Matrix Target Operating Model across corporate countries, working closely with Country Fleet Directors and local teams.
• Facilitate process alignment workshops with local country stakeholders and the Shared Service Center (SSC).
• Track transformation project milestones, action logs, dependencies, and risks within the Fleet Value Creation Plan portfolio.
• Identify transactional, repetitive administrative tasks suitable for central offloading to the Shared Service Center (SSC) and RPA automation.
• Monitor post-implementation process performance and drive continuous improvement feedback loops.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• An individual with solid expertise in business process mapping techniques (BPMN), Lean principles, and SOP drafting.
• A strong communicator capable of building rapport with frontline country teams and driving change across cross-cultural environments.
• Someone proficient in process design tools (Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart) and data analytics/reporting tools (Google Studio, Advanced Excel).
• A detail-oriented professional with strong project management, tracking, and organizational capabilities.
  

Ideal Experience:

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, management consulting, shared service migration, or operational excellence in international environments.
• Experience supporting process standardization, automation, or migration projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English (proficiency in Portuguese is an asset).
  

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in process design and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with ERP and fleet management systems.
• Ability to manage change, overcome resistance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, process accuracy, and data integrity.
