Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient with Inpatient Flex

Full-time | 175 Hospital Drive, Winchester, KY 40391

H2 Health is a therapist-led organization committed to clinical excellence, professional growth, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation services through strong hospital and community partnerships. We empower our clinicians with the clinical freedom to practice at the top of their license in supportive environments that prioritize patient outcomes, collaboration, and career development.

Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic (primary) with occasional acute care support

At Centerpoint Health in Winchester, H2 Health provides speech-language pathology services in a hospital-based outpatient clinic. This is primarily an outpatient position: the majority of your time will be spent in the clinic treating a mostly pediatric caseload, along with some adult patients. Our outpatient clinicians treat:

·                     Articulation and Phonological Disorders:

·                     Expressive and Receptive Language Delays:

·                     Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD):

·                     Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS):

·                     Fluency Disorders (Stuttering):

·                     Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Disorders (Dysphagia):

·                     Voice and Resonance Disorders

On an occasional, as-needed basis, you'll also support the hospital's acute care setting, treating adult and geriatric patients. This coverage adds variety and keeps your skills sharp across the lifespan, while your core schedule and caseload remain in the outpatient clinic.

This is an experienced-level role and is not designed for new graduates.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Active Kentucky SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Minimum of 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
  • Prior inpatient or hospital-based experience strongly preferred
