We're Hiring — Outside Sales Representatives

We're looking for ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Representatives who are ready to build a successful career in sales while helping homeowners protect and improve their homes.

And we provide the opportunities.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll receive 3 warm, vetted leads every day. These aren't cold calls or door knocking. Our marketing team generates and qualifies the opportunities, and you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their homes.

You'll run your appointments directly from home in a company-provided vehicle, giving you the flexibility and independence to manage your territory while being supported by a strong team behind you.

When you arrive at the homeowner's property, you'll inspect the home, including entering the attic and walking the roof, take detailed photos, and complete our comprehensive 21-Point Roof Inspection. You'll then use your findings to educate the homeowner, present the recommended solutions, and guide them through the process of making a confident purchasing decision.

This is a full-service exterior sales position, with opportunities to sell projects including:

Roofing
Insulation
Windows
Siding
Gutters

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

This position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as:

$1,000 after successful completion of 3-week training
$4,000 after 90 days of employment

Primary Responsibilities:

Run 3 warm, vetted leads provided daily
Travel directly from home to customer appointments in a company-provided vehicle
Meet with homeowners and build strong relationships
Conduct thorough exterior home inspections
Enter attics when required to evaluate conditions and document findings
Safely access roofs and complete our 21-Point Roof Inspection
Take detailed photos and document the condition of the home
Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate exterior solutions
Present project options, pricing, warranties, and financing
Guide homeowners through the sales process and close the sale
Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through the completion of the project
Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training
Participate in ride-along appointments and continued coaching
Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals

About You:

Our ideal candidate is ambitious, driven, personable, and takes pride in their work. You have a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and the ability to build trust with homeowners.

You should be:

Motivated by performance and earning potential
Confident communicating with homeowners
Comfortable presenting and closing sales
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working inside attics and walking on roofs
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Able to lift and carry 50–80 lbs.
Willing to learn and demonstrate mastery of our sales system
Clean driving record required. Must meet company requirements for operating a company vehicle
Able to pass a background check

No prior sales experience required.
No roofing or home improvement experience required.
