Description
ROLE PURPOSE
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication
• Help develop messaging frameworks that explain integration rationale to different audiences, such as leadership, external stakeholders, employees, and business units
• Provide support materials for executive communications on integration and organisational change topics
• Support capability assessments across acquired businesses and existing infrastructure
• Maintain documentation of capability inventories and integration dependencies
• Assist in preparing for and facilitating discovery workshops with business unit and functional teams
• Help develop and maintain integration roadmaps, tracking sequencing, timelines, and dependencies
• Flag blockers and risks to senior team members as they arise
Workstream Monitoring and Coordination
• Track tasks, milestones, and progress across integration workstreams
• Maintain team schedules and timelines; support meeting coordination and follow-through
• Help keep workstreams on track by following up on actions and updating stakeholders
• Support alignment across business units on integration priorities
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
• Ability to manage tasks and timelines across multiple workstreams
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments
• Comfortable maintaining schedules, trackers, and documentation
Stakeholder and Communication Skills
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to summarise complex information for different audiences
• Some background in structured communications, content, or marketing, able to frame information in ways that land with different stakeholders
• Comfortable working across teams and building relationships at different levels
• Willing to ask questions and seek guidance when navigating ambiguity
• Curious and analytical; able to spot connections across information
• Comfortable working in environments where priorities can shift
• Eager to develop strategy and planning capabilities on the job
