Description
A Typical Day in the Life Includes:
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing, creative, and digital projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Content, Video Production, Marketing Operations, and Business Stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Partner closely with US-based stakeholders and manage expectations across multiple initiatives.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within project workflows.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative services, product marketing, or digital operations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working with distributed global teams.
Working Hours
- Primarily aligned to US Eastern Time (EST).
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams across multiple regions.
- Remote working arrangement may be available based on business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to marketing campaign management and creative production workflows.
- Experience working with global teams, particularly US-based stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and collaboration tools.
