Responsibilities:
- Preparing executive correspondence, meeting/read-ahead preparation, records management.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of executive-office, action officer, program coordination, or headquarters staff experience required.
- 2 years’ experience supporting DoD or Federal leadership is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in executive correspondence, task and suspense management, meeting/read-ahead preparation, records, and MS Office collaboration tools.
- Pentagon or Service headquarters experience is desired.
- Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
