Du arbeitest engverzahnt innerhalb des Accounting-Teams sowie mit unserem FP&A-Team zusammen. Du berichtest an den Team-Lead Accounting und sorgst für verlässliche Zahlen in einem dynamischen Omnichannel-Umfeld.
### Deine zentralen Aufgaben 👩💻👨💻Operative Buchhaltung & Abschlüsse
Intercompany & Konsolidierung
Abwicklung und Abstimmung aller Intercompany-Transaktionen zwischen den Gesellschaften in DE, CY und US.
Prozess- & Datenpflege
Tägliche Verbuchung von E-Commerce- und Retail-Zahlungsströmen, Pflege der Haupt- und Nebenbücher sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Workflows in Oracle NetSuite.
Compliance & Steuern
Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Steuermeldung (u.a. OSS/US State Filing) für den internationalen E-Commerce. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen.
Erfahrung: Mindestens 4–5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im Accounting/Rechnungswesen (IFRS/HGB), idealerweise in einem E-Commerce- oder Scale-up mit Omnichannel-Bezug.
Entity-Erfahrung: Routine in der Bilanzierung mehrerer Gesellschaften (inkl. Auslandsgesellschaften).
Tech Stack: Sicherer Umgang mit moderne ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Oracle NetSuite), Google Sheets / MS Excel auf Senior-Niveau und Verständnis für E-Commerce-Payment-Schnittstellen.
AI-Automations: Idealerweise Erfahrung in AI-Automations / Agentic Workflows im Finance
Arbeitsweise: Exakt, analytisch, selbstständig und mit klarer Hands-on-Mentalität.
Kommunikation: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Reporting Line: Du berichtest direkt an den Teamlead Accounting.
