Tool Allowance provided $100/year. Ability to bring company vehicle home.
- Responsible for repairing and installing vending, office coffee, and micro market equipment to promote continuous operation of the machines.
- Transports equipment, installs replacement parts, and performs repairs using tools and other vending equipment at various accounts/locations throughout the region using a company vehicle.
- Troubleshoot to restore malfunctioning machine to working order in the field.
- May include swapping failed equipment, cleaning, preventative maintenance, and minor adjusting of the malfunctioning component of the machine.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers and clients.
- Will run electrical wire and plumbing tubes as needed.
- Responds promptly to customer needs/requests with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Supports a service-oriented environment that leads others to improve their service actions.
- Maintains positive and enthusiastic attitude with co-workers and customers.
- Follows through with action when a customer makes a special request or asks questions.
- Continuously seeks to exceed customer expectations and anticipates their needs ahead of time.
- Additional projects and assignments as needed.
Ingredients for Thriving:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience repairing vending, coffee, or small machines.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, or electronics
- Valid, clean Chauffeur’s license
- Ability to pass Department of Transportation (DOT) physical
- Ability to lift 75–100 pounds.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing, crouching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
- Comfortable working and driving in various environments and weather conditions.
