We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist 1 to join our Indirect Sourcing team in a role that blends category sourcing work with hands-on support of our corporate fleet program. About three-quarters of your time will be spent supporting sourcing activities within our Professional Services category, and about a quarter of your time will be spent supporting the day-to-day administration of our vehicle fleet program. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their procurement or fleet career who wants broad exposure across both disciplines.

Professional Services Sourcing (approximately 75%)

• Support sourcing activities within the Professional Services category, including RFQ preparation and vendor communication such as organizing supplier responses, populating comparison matrices, and preparing award recommendations.
• Maintain supplier databases and procurement records for the Professional Services category.
• Conduct market research, spend analytics, and supplier benchmarking to inform Professional Services category decisions.
• Request and coordinate the creation of purchase orders with the purchasing team.
• Track supplier performance metrics and assist with sourcing initiative analysis and reporting.
• Learn and apply Victaulic's sourcing policies, supplier code of conduct, and contract administration standards.

Fleet Program Support (approximately 25%)

• Process fuel card transactions and monthly statements, and administer driver assignment and card replacement on the fuel card account.
• Complete vehicle registration paperwork, obtain driver signatures, and verify fleet management company (FMC) vehicle assignment records against Victaulic's eligible driver roster.
• Serve as a point of contact between Victaulic drivers and the FMC for routine service requests and maintenance follow-up.
• Process day-to-day fleet onboarding and offboarding tasks tied to new hires, promotions, role changes, and terminations.
• Maintain KPI data inputs and assist with preparation of routine fleet reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, fleet administration, or a related coordination role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and their use in supporting research, analysis, or day-to-day process tasks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

• Familiarity with fleet or FMC management systems, such as Enterprise, Auto Integrate, or WEX.
