Senior Mobile Software Engineer

About the Role

Join a mission-driven fintech company building financial tools for immigrant communities. As the senior mobile engineer, you will own the mobile engineering function and help shape customer-facing products that support access to digital financial services.

What You'll Do

• Lead mobile engineering independently and establish the architecture, tooling, and processes the team needs to ship reliably.

• Build and release features in React Native for both iOS and Android, working with product, design, and backend partners.

• Translate product requirements and design files into polished, production-quality mobile experiences.

• Create smooth transitions, gestures, micro-interactions, and animations while maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Work across the engineering organization, communicate technical recommendations, and help move product and business priorities forward.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of mobile software engineering experience, including end-to-end delivery of customer-facing features.

• Production experience building and shipping React Native applications on both iOS and Android.

• Strong skills with React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and GraphQL.

• Experience creating pixel-accurate interfaces from Figma designs and building animations or gestures with tools such as Reanimated or Gesture Handler.

• Experience partnering closely with Product and Design teams, plus current authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $180,000 to $230,000 annually, plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
