Technical Recruiter

About the Role

Join the recruiting team at an AI/ML company and help shape its growing technical organization. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles, partnering closely with technical leaders to build a recruiting foundation that can scale.

What You'll Do

• Manage technical searches from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.

• Partner with engineering leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, team goals, and candidate profiles.

• Build and improve recruiting processes, interview loops, and strategies for developing the candidate pipeline.

• Source and engage passive candidates through research, outreach, referrals, and community building.

• Understand candidate motivations and decision drivers, and guide candidates through a thoughtful recruiting experience.

• Track funnel metrics, conversion rates, and hiring pace to inform decisions and keep stakeholders updated.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of recruiting experience, including 2 or more years focused on software engineering, ML, or infrastructure roles.

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup, with a track record of full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through close.

• Experience closing candidates in competitive AI/ML talent markets and communicating compelling outbound positioning.

• Experience building or improving recruiting processes, infrastructure, or resources.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Ashby.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $215,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available.
