Founding Engineer, Fullstack

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI/ML team as a founding full-stack engineer, building production web applications and the systems that connect customers with their business partners. You will own customer-facing features from concept through deployment and help shape the product as it grows.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship full-stack features, from user interface design through backend implementation and deployment.

• Develop and maintain integrations with ERPs, 3PLs, retailers, and freight partners.

• Design and maintain resilient data and event synchronization systems.

• Build backend services and APIs, and work with production relational or NoSQL databases.

• Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.

• Contribute to engineering practices and product development in an early-stage team.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience as a full-stack engineer building and shipping production web applications.

• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend services, and APIs.

• Production experience with relational or NoSQL databases and cloud deployments.

• Experience building integrations across business systems and maintaining dependable data flows.

• Background in an early-stage startup or founding team, with ownership of features from design to deployment.

• Familiarity with Git or similar version control systems; open source contributions are a plus.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $160,000 to $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
