About the Role
Join a customer-facing product team at an AI-powered B2B SaaS company, owning the customer lifecycle for AI voice agents from deployment through expansion. You will connect customer teams with product development, helping deliver useful, high-performing agents while shaping how this function operates as it grows.
What You'll Do
Own customer relationships end to end, learning their business needs and scoping, deploying, optimizing, and expanding AI voice agent use cases.
Work with customer decision-makers to explain agent value, communicate return on investment, and demonstrate business impact using data.
Investigate agent behavior, debug specific calls, customize conversation flows, and address compliance requirements.
Partner with product teams to translate customer feedback and unmet needs into product capabilities.
Develop playbooks and operating standards for the forward deployed product function.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of relevant experience, including direct customer-facing work and ownership of client relationships.
Experience as a client-facing Product Manager or Solutions Engineer at a startup, or as a management consultant at a leading strategy consulting firm.
Strong product intuition and technical product depth, including understanding product concepts and basic debugging.
Experience with AI workflow tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, and Claude Code, plus SQL skills.
Good data intuition and the ability to analyze metrics, explain ROI, and draw actionable conclusions.
Background in B2B SaaS or regulated industries such as mortgage, lending, financial services, or healthcare.
A degree from a highly ranked U.S. undergraduate or graduate institution.
Comfort with ambiguity and end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: $150,000 to $250,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid in San Francisco, California, United States, with four days per week in the office and Wednesdays remote.
