Torch Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Thrust Systems Engineer to support the 412 TW at Edwards AFB, CA. The ideal candidate will provide expert engineering advice and assistance to the TMAS 2/3 AFTC/SC in the Scientist and Engineer field comprised of Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists with knowledge and skills to apply a variety of analytical techniques to formulate and solve problems; plan for future technologies; conduct research and development; and define requirements for systems.
The candidate's tasks will be integral to the following framework Pillars. Proactive partner engagement develops and documents end to end business model process policy and resource forecasting.

Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree and up to 6 years’ work experience in the applicable discipline.
- OR, bachelor's degree - 6 years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree or associate degree plus 4 years’ work experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- OR, Master's Degree - 12 years’ work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree plus 8 years' work experience may be substituted for a master’s degree

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with computers and software applications to include Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, etc.), expert attention-to-detail & highly organized.
