Full Stack Developer-Hartford CT-Hybrid

seeking a Senior Full Stack Salesforce Developer to support existing custom Salesforce applications and contribute to the development of the next-generation CT-KIND Child Welfare Information System. The developer will participate across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, OOP, and Design Patterns.

Support full-stack web development, application integration, and CRUD operations.

Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.

Work with the System Integrator on CT-KIND development, knowledge transfer, and ongoing application support.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions throughout the SDLC.

Work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:

10+ years of professional development experience.

5+ years Salesforce development experience.

Strong Apex/OOP and Design Patterns knowledge.

Experience with .NET OOP and SOA.

Strong SQL skills.

Experience with end-to-end web development.

JavaScript frameworks preferred.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
