We offer a competitive starting salary of €91,500.00 for this role, with salary adjustments reflecting your experience level and expertise.

Deloitte Digital is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for world-leading organisations. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical excellence, architecture governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery ownership.

Success in the Role

·       Define and Deliver Architecture – Own end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise Salesforce programmes, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned to business objectives.

·       Lead with Technical Credibility – Remain hands-on and technically credible with development teams while operating at executive level with client architects and stakeholders.

·       Drive Delivery Excellence – Take ownership of technical workstreams across the full project lifecycle (discovery → design → build → testing → deployment → hypercare), proactively identifying risks and ensuring quality outcomes.

·       Mentor and Elevate Teams – Define development standards, conduct architecture and code reviews, and coach architects, technical leads, and developers to uphold high engineering standards.

·       Build Strategic Relationships – Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and governance forums; communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Solve Complex Challenges – Lead implementation of complex integrations, frameworks, and reusable components; support critical delivery periods and resolve production issues.

 

Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

·       Extensive experience as a Technical Architect, Lead Architect, or Senior Solution Architect.

·       Proven track record leading enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

·       Strong experience across multiple Salesforce clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.

·       Deep expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration Architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, Event-driven Architectures, Security and Identity Management, CI/CD and DevOps.

·       Experience governing multiple workstreams and development teams

·       Strong client-facing consulting experience with demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and architecture governance boards

·       Proven ability to mentor architects and technical leads

·       Track record of building trusted relationships with C-level technology leaders

 

Technical Skills

·       Significant integration experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and Informatica

·       Multiple Salesforce certifications, especially in the Architect domain

·       Expert understanding of design patterns, architectural styles, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)

 

Desired skills

·       Strong experience with Salesforce Industries architecture: OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors

 

Where is this role based?

·       This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

·       Deloitte operates a hybrid working model, blending office-based collaboration with remote work flexibility, allowing you to balance professional and personal commitments effectively.
