We offer services in Outsourcing / Employer of Records, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Team Building and Consulting Founded in 2011, TopFloor's founders' vision was to have a local solution for world class training for Zambians. In one of TopFloor’s very first meetings, potential names for the organisation were tossed around with a specific focus on finding a name that was aspirational, that made people feel like they could achieve their dreams through professional development. And this is where 'TopFloor' came from, that we could take people to the 'TopFloor' through professional development and certifications. Since 2011, TopFloor has trained 5000+ professionals and provided human capital solutions to 600+ local and international corporate clients. TopFloor has also expanded its focus from providing training and development solutions to include payroll outsourcing, human capital administration outsourcing, recruitment and selection and human capital consulting services. This is to ensure that we provide holistic human capital solutions for different stakeholders to add value in their various endeavours.
