About Studio Three
Founded in Chicago, Studio Three is a members-first fitness company redefining the boutique fitness experience through a multi-discipline model. With Interval, Strength, Yoga and Hot Mat Pilates, we deliver structured training programs designed to challenge the body, strengthen the mindset and drive long-term engagement. Since opening our first studio in River North in 2015, Studio Three has expanded across Chicago, Austin and Miami, with additional growth underway in Brickell and San Diego. Our model is built for consistency and scale, creating spaces where members return not just for the workout, but for the experience and community. Each studio is intentionally designed with elevated, high-performance spaces and integrated technology that enhance both the workout and overall experience. At the core of the brand is our Train For Something Bigger philosophy, connecting performance-driven training with deeper personal motivation. Our instructors are dynamic coaches who lead with clarity, energy and purpose, creating an environment that is inclusive, motivating and grounded in real connection.
