The Legal Aid Society of Rochester, NY provides civil legal services to residents of Monroe and 13 surrounding counties who otherwise could not afford them. Our attorneys represent people in a variety of family, immigration, housing, and education related cases. We are also the only mandated provider of legal services for children in Monroe County Family Court, advocating for children in cases ranging from abuse and neglect to persons in need of supervision.
