HRM Homecare is Scotland's leading independent provider of Care at Home, Home Care and Housing Supports. We offer kind, compassionate and trusted care, to support people to live well in the comfort of their homes. Our care services are for older people, children and families and people with disabilities or for people who require post hospital care. One goal for example is to help people who require post hospital care to regain their independence by providing a range of services that support healing and reduce the risk of re-hospitalisation We provide caring, compassionate and dignified social care and preventative care supports which are personalised to suit each persons needs and wishes so they can self direct and manage their own health and wellbeing at home.
