Flip – Empowerment for the Frontline Employee Experience starts with the first contact and ends on the last working day. Our app is designed to create as many positive touchpoints as possible during this time by breaking down barriers, shortening communication paths, and streamlining processes. It all started in a workshop at Porsche. We saw that digital transformation stopped exactly where it mattered most: with the people without a desk. While the office was using the newest tools, colleagues in production or on the shop floor were left with paper notes and bulletin boards. We wanted to change that. Today, Flip is the app that bridges this gap. We help companies like Bosch, McDonald's, and MAHLE to truly reach every single employee – not just via email, but right where the work happens. We make administrative workflows easier. Shift schedules, pay slips, and operational updates are delivered directly to the smartphone. No workarounds via private messengers. We give the frontline a voice and the head office a direct link.
